Jay Ho is one of the best Real Estate Agents in the Northern Virginia area. We began our search for a home in early 2021 during the peak of Covid. Jay was always very responsive, respectful, patient, and very easy to talk to. We looked at many homes throughout our search and throughout each and every one Jay would answer any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. After several months and many declined offers, we finally found our home! Since we are first time buyers, we were always asking questions about everything; big or small. We arrived in the US only two years ago. When we first arrived, Jay helped us finding a place for us to rent. After renting for one year we were ready to purchase our own house. We were first time buyers and also not familiar with the whole process in the US. Jay found us an incredible place that we absolutely love. But not only that: He also suggested an excellent mortgage broker, a very thorough home inspector and a competent general contractor for some work that needed to be done. Importantly, Jay was always responsive at every step of the process.We read a previous review unsatisfied with Jay’s negotiation skills. Well, that was certainly not our experience.
